Can more than one person use my service?

Yes, but you will need to purchase the Personal Level III Plan or any of our Executive Level plans.  See pricing for more details.

Can I cancel a request?

A request may be canceled within 5 business days.

Can you plan my entire family vacation?

Yes, we can plan your trip from start to finish.  We can schedule a car service to pick you up from your home, schedule your flights, reserve hotels/condos, and plan daily activities and excursions.  We can plan every detail of your trip.  Call us to find out more.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds but will allow the client to rollover the hours on a one time basis.

Can I pay for the "Local Tips" instead of paying for the services?

Yes we can offer you the “Local Tips” of where to go and what to do.  Please contact us for pricing.

Do you offer Gift Cards or Gift Services?

Yes, we offer gift cards.  Please contact us for pricing.
